All of us lack confidence from time to time, it’s something that we have to work on to build up and it’s something that also requires regular maintenance and reinforcement once achieved. If you find that you lack confidence when faced with certain situations or tasks then the problem can be reinforced by a natural tendency towards avoidance. There’s no shame in doing so, but with the right tools at your disposal you will gradually be able to move forward with increased confidence by realigning your mindset.

Limiting beliefs are any patterns of thought that prevent you from approaching something with confidence and belief. They could be based on a previous bad experience, what seems to you like an irrational sense of self doubt, or most often some combination of the two. My approach focuses on using hypnotherapy so that you can get to know the real you. I pass no judgements and completely understand that what may seem fine to one person will feel like crisis point to another. What we need to do is accept that’s how we feel right now, and develop tools to change it step by step.
